432hz Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the 432hz platform, available at 432hz.asia, including all Sports Betting, Live Casino, crash games, Blackjack, and other online entertainment products offered by the platform.

By registering, accessing, or using any feature of 432hz, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling, which are incorporated into this document by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 432hz. Acceptance is a mandatory condition for using the platform. If you do not agree with any provision set out herein, please do not proceed with registration or use of the services.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use 432hz's services, users must:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age complete as of the registration date;
• Be an individual resident in Brazil or in a territory where use of the platform is legally permitted;
• Hold a valid CPF in good standing with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration;
• Not be on any self-exclusion lists or active betting prohibition programs;
• Not be an employee, partner, representative, or first-degree relative of any 432hz staff member.

432hz may at any time request supporting documents to verify identity, age, and address. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, with the balance held until verification is complete.

Only one account is allowed per CPF, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple accounts constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of associated balances and bonuses.

3. Your 432hz Account

Each user is responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account credentials — username and password. 432hz strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other service.

The user agrees to:

• Never share your login credentials with anyone, under any circumstances;
• Immediately notify 432hz if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account;
• Keep your registration details up to date, including your email address and banking information used for withdrawals;
• Not transfer the account or grant access to another person, whether for free or for compensation.

432hz is not liable for financial losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the cause is the user's negligence in safeguarding their credentials. In cases where a security breach is proven to have resulted from a platform failure, 432hz will take the necessary steps to minimize the impact on the affected user.

A 432hz account is personal and non-transferable. The available balance may only be withdrawn to the Pix key or bank account registered in the account holder's own name, with a CPF matching the platform registration.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All values on 432hz are operated exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL). There is no foreign currency conversion, and the platform does not accept deposits in USD, EUR, or any other currency.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. Funds deposited via Pix are available in your account within seconds. Users are responsible for ensuring that the chosen payment method is in their own name — deposits from third-party accounts will be declined and returned to the sender.

Withdrawals: The primary withdrawal method is Pix. Processing takes place within minutes of the request, 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. To have a withdrawal approved, the user must:

• Have completed the identity verification process (KYC) by submitting the required documents;
• Provide a Pix key registered under the same CPF used to create your 432hz account;

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the user once accepted by the platform, except in cases of duly verified technical error;
• 432hz reserves the right to suspend or void bets in the event of a manifest odds error, technical unavailability, or suspected match manipulation;
• Bets on events whose results are subsequently reviewed by the organizing body (for example, matches cancelled or overturned for disciplinary reasons) will be settled in accordance with the settlement rules published on the platform.

The minimum bet at 432hz is R$ 1.00. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and user account level, and are displayed in the interface at the time of placing a bet.

The crash games available on 432hz — including Aviator, Spaceman, and JetX — use provably fair, with cryptographically verifiable result generation. The hash for each round is available in the game history for independent review and auditing by the user.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

432hz periodically offers welcome bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, free bets, and themed promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, published at the time of the promotion, which take precedence over the general provisions below in the event of any conflict.

General rules applicable to all 432hz bonuses:

• Bonuses are valid only for users with a verified registration who are in compliance with these Terms;
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal of the bonus amount. The specific requirement is stated in each promotion;
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value until all wagering requirements have been fully met;
• 432hz reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of abuse, such as placing bets on low-risk markets solely to meet rollover requirements, or any behavior that constitutes promotion exploitation ("bonus hunting");
• Bonuses expire on the date and time indicated in each offer. Any unused balance after the deadline is automatically removed from the account;
• Promotions cannot be combined unless the individual offer's terms explicitly state otherwise.

7. User Conduct

Users agree to use the 432hz platform lawfully, ethically, and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to accumulate bonuses or circumvent limits and restrictions;
• Use bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence, or any system that replaces human decision-making in bets or games;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or abusive arbitrage in Sports Betting;
• Use the platform for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any other criminal purpose;
• Attempt to access systems, databases, or restricted areas of the platform through unauthorized means;
• Posting, transmitting, or making available offensive, defamatory, illegal, or rights-infringing content through 432hz's communication channels;
• Act aggressively or abusively toward members of the 432hz support team.

Any identified prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bets and bonuses, balance hold pending investigation, and potential referral to the relevant authorities, without prejudice to any applicable civil or criminal measures.

8. Responsible Gambling

432hz firmly believes that online entertainment should be enjoyed in a balanced and responsible way. The platform provides the following tools to help users stay in control of their gaming habits:

• Deposit limit: configurable on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis in your account settings;
• Betting limit: a maximum bet or session limit, set by the user themselves;
• Voluntary break: temporary account suspension for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration;
• Self-Exclusion: permanent account closure at the user's request, processed within 24 hours by the 432hz team.

A user who opts for self-exclusion may not create a new 432hz account during the active exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account will be blocked and the account closed with no entitlement to the balance.

11. Limitation of Liability

432hz provides its services "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Temporary outages may occur due to scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or force majeure events.

432hz is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from the natural outcome of bets and games — which are inherently uncertain;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to the user's negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Indirect damages, lost profits, or non-material damages not directly resulting from a proven platform failure;
• Internet connection failures or user device issues that negatively affect the gaming experience;
• Betting decisions made by the user under the influence of incorrect information obtained outside the platform.

432hz's total liability with respect to any user claim is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim, except where Brazilian law imposes a mandatory minimum liability.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

432hz may suspend or terminate any user's account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or verification;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes;
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or voluntary closure);
• Requirement by a regulatory authority or competent court order;
• Extended account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months with no activity.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, 432hz may hold the available account balance pending the conclusion of an internal or judicial investigation. Balances arising from proven illegal activity will not be returned.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by emailing contato@432hz.asia or through live support. Any legitimate available balance will be returned via Pix within 5 business days after the closure process is complete.

13. Changes to These Terms

432hz reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the platform, as indicated in the "Last updated" field at the top of this document.

432hz will notify users of significant changes via a notice on the platform or to the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes automatic acceptance of the new terms.

If you do not agree with the changes introduced, you must stop using the platform and request account closure. Bets already placed before the changes remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of the bet.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Brazil. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from the use of the 432hz platform must first be submitted to an amicable resolution process through the platform's support channels.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, the parties agree to submit any disputes arising from these Terms to the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which will continue in full force.
